It’s that time of year again. Classes will begin at the Career Center on Wednesday August 26th. Even if your home school district starts at a later date, you are required to start attending the Career Center on Wednesday. Just a few reminders: All students will be required to wear a face mask or face shield when you enter the building. All students should enter at door number 36 – the bus entrance and report directly to your class. Do not enter the locker rooms. You should check with your home school district for transportation schedules. Student drivers will be permitted to drive to school on the first day. When you arrive, park in the designated student parking areas in the back parking lot and enter at door # 36. You should see the Safety Coordinator within the first week of school if you plan on driving to the career center. You are also required to obtain permission to drive from your high school principal after the first day of school in your home district. If you have any questions concerning your participation in career center classes, you can contact the school office during regular business hours at 724-662-3000. You are also encouraged to keep an eye on our school website, www.mercerccc.org and our Facebook and Twitter feeds for additional information concerning reopening this year. We also encourage you to download the MCCC app for your Android or Apple smart phone on our webpage. We are going to strive to make this a rewarding year for all of our students. We hope you will strive to make it a great year too! Thank you. See you on Wednesday. Good bye.
