Before you start building your resume, make sure you can do these four things:
Make sure you know how to log in to your Mercer County Career Center email account. Important updates and instructions will be sent to your school email.
âď¸ Save Documents to OneDrive
Use your OneDrive account to save and organize your resume and other documents. This keeps your files secure and makes them easy to access from any device.
Practice copying and pasting text between documents and web pages. This will help you transfer information efficiently when building your resume.
When you finish your resume, save it as a Word document (.docx). This format is preferred by employers and makes it easy to edit or share your resume.
